I'm Tracy, a Registered Kinesiologist of almost 30 years and a Certified Yoga Therapist. I have a passion for health and wellness, and I'm always looking for new ways to help my clients achieve their goals. I love being outdoors, hiking, and spending time on the water. My love for the natural world is rooted in my experience that nature is essential for my health and happiness.
Over the years, I've developed a deep understanding of the human body and how it moves. My experience as a Kinesiologist has allowed me to work with a wide range of clients, from athletes to seniors, and to help them improve their health and physical abilities. I'm particularly passionate about working with those dealing with persistent pain, and I've gained an approach to pain management through the principles of kinesiology and yoga therapy.
As a Yoga Therapist, I've learned firsthand the benefits of yoga for pain management. I've personally dealt with prolonged pain, and this has given me a unique and holistic perspective on the challenges faced by those struggling with chronic pain. I'm deeply committed to helping my clients care for themselves through tailored yoga practices such as movement, breathing techniques, meditation and much more.
Overall, I'm dedicated to helping others achieve optimal health and well-being, and I'm passionate about continued learning and professional development. I believe there is always more to learn, and I'm committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and techniques in the field.
